IDP application when prompted: Diacritical Characters

Shown, suggesting that this is wisdom meant, that I fill out a mistake? Wait a few days received no confirmation telephone, depressed.

400 calls last fight to get it, Apple's technical support said, this is my complete mistake, only by their changes.

No wonder the Apple Developer Technical Support telephone so hard to play, I can not apply an erroneous re-fill their cancellation. . . . . . .
