xCode version can downgrade it?

The company gave me the mac is mac 10.8, installed the latest xcode (4.5.1), 4.3 is not installed on the xcode I want to learn iphone development. But only the new iOS 6.0 project. 6.0 feels a lot of stuff is not the same. I want to restore to iOS 5.1 which is 5.0. How to get.
