The GB18030 garbled zbar

As zbar does not support GB18030, so to recompile zbar source. I always use the mac compile error,

 configure: error: in `/ Users / imac / Documents / ios / zbar / zbar-0-1.10 ': 
configure: error: test for video support failed! 
rebuild your kernel to include video4linux support or 
configure - disable-video to skip building video support. 
See `config.log 'for more details.
