How to place the document xcode project

Documentation of the project, such as the needs of the project, notes, etc., I'm going to put xcode project directory, so easy to manage.

Question:
These problems seem to be packaged app, and should be done to avoid such problems

You just put the actual project folder, not onto xcode project is not packaged.
