xcode4.2 problem

Now xcode4.2 create multi-view application template is empty it?
empty template there is no nib file or storyboard.
Now is a storyboard to create your own right, just like single view of the template? But I created a storyboard and at the beginning of the summary screen set number of storyboard, create a corresponding file.
