Signature issue

            
I put in the bin below eclipse apk installation, this package should be installed with the default signature debug.keystore, but in this case, I modified the proguard after signatures have become lost, which is what the principle of it? And if I do use their signature file, export it, just change proguard, the signature is the same, would not say when the update does not overwrite the old package.

Apk bin directory you run directly generated should not be confused with, modify proguard keystore itself and it does not matter. keystore only when the final package added a signature only.
