android automatically load third party drivers

Because not done android next drive, there is a problem, please add you master:
1, as I have already bought a tablet PC,
2, I would give it an additional USB peripherals, driving. Ko file has been compiled over.
3, I copy. Ko files to SD in ( seem to see the / dev directory after the tablet is connected to the PC, there is no way to put in / dev? Assuming put the SD card).

ultimate goal of :
After completion of the above 2,3 step, I think after a system reboot or plug in peripherals automatically load (insmod) above. ko file, I can plug in peripherals normal access .

someone says modify init.usb.rc? problem is that after the tablet is connected to the PC can not see the / dev directory

Can this be achieved? How to achieve?
