Ah, these two files can be generated logo.bin forward but I want to extract from the inside out logo.bin bmp picture, I need to see the source code for the job.

Boot screen and off screen is saved in the project charging code bmp format.
bmp_to_raw tool will each bmp images converted into the corresponding raw format files.
produce a series of raw format zpipe tool then generates the above into a total raw format files.
Finally mkimage tool and then make the total raw format files into logo.bin

bmp_to_raw project which is not far behind, zpipe source, under the then external directory. bmp_to_raw generate 565 data format. zpipe is packaged into logo.bin.
