Google Maps loaded question

Google Maps is too slow in android shown above, and do not know how it is. Is there an offline package added to the program which lets maps loaded quickly? Like android phone comes with Google Maps offline package calls loaded.<-! Main posts under Banner (D4) -><-! Posts under the main text (D5) ->
