About android system reads the machine SN number problems seek expert advice

Version: android 4.1
Case Description: Our machine is calling features flat, burn the SN (serial number), IMEI, wifi, BT and other numbers.
Now have a task is to burn inside the SN number in NVRAM read out and set up inside the display.

Second: java file how to call to read that value?
