Mobile phone ping wifi network latency is high. How to solve?

Recently doing android phone socket communication, found that the delay is the biggest problem in front of me in wifi, using a mobile phone ping another mobile phone, ping value even with 50-100ms, how to solve this?

I use a computer ping the computer only <1ms, why is it so?
Also, I just use the phone and then linking wifi around 50ms ping Baidu delayed solve ah. How is this going?
