You look SDCARD permission is not no plus, as I have had such a problem, there is no error that is not enough to create a successful plus permission

adb remount
adb pull / data / data / xxx.xxx.xxxxx / databases / xxx.db.
Export to the current folder. Tip path does not exist it should be / data / data / xxx.xxx.xxxxx / databases / xxx.db the source path problem, check the following.
