Transmission between the computer and the simulator is too slow

My machine is equipped with the official android emulator, but it is very slow transfer files, including adb push, adb install, as well as with netbeans, ida debug time in a card a card
For example adb push a file, speed is only 60k / s or so, adb install the apk better than a few minutes

google search to a solution is to upload something casually when operating in the simulator, because the simulator does not use it in a "low consumption" mode, the transmission speed will slow down. This thing has always been a simulator OS, and ran on OS another OS, obviously slower speed, memory configuration and allocation simulator based on your computer.
