Mono for Android when packaged apk Failed to sign package, why not?

Project property settings have included:
Use Shared Runtime,
Mono Android Options will Linking to Sdk Assembies Only,
Application of three drivers platforms checked.
Or the following error:
Failed to sign package
keytool error: java.io.FileNotFoundException: jarsigner error: java.lang.RuntimeException: keystore load: Invalid keystore format

Attempting to Align package

Package aligning completed succesfully
Although the package is successful, but the apk package does not include Mono runtime, so you can not run on any machine.
