A Symbian environment related issues

S60 3rd Edition SDK for Symbian OS, Maintenance Release

But after opening Emulator, appear that interface, quickly disappear again, I do not know how else?

1, SDK and project files should be placed in the same letter
2, the project path can not have spaces
3, the project path can not have Chinese
