After the android source code download only .repo folder where the source code?

            


I download android source code downloaded about 1.5 hours. I found the store folder androidsource code size has been growing, and now has to 3.9G. But after entering AndroidSource .repo found only one folder, no other files. As far as I know .repo the repository, that source files are gone? Want to know the older generation gets advice, thank you.
