Write the registry and form a transparent issue

I based smartphone2003 development, the need to write registry to start automatically.
How to write the registry? .Net Compact framework1.0 version does not seem related to the API.

2) I want to do a little window (half screen), you need this little window background transparent. I ask how to achieve?
