Use of third-party libraries can be used on iPhone on MacOS it?

Use XCode4.6.3 develop iPhone uses a third-party library, the program has successfully developed, the library functions with no problems.
How to use MacOS development process, but also to use the library files?
Reply:
This is not necessarily right, API is somewhat different.
Reply:
Your source code, or the library supports X86, then you can.
iphone libraries are compiled at a good compiler for ARM.
MacOS mostly in top running X86.
Reply:
The library may not support x86, because they can not run on the iPhone Xcode simulator, masked the library in order to run on the iPhone Simulator
Reply:
No library source code
