How to Get to the system controls the current Activity above information?

Wanted an automated tool, you need to get the system can dynamically control information on the current running Activity, such as the location, and then click or enter.
This Activity is not necessarily a tool to pull together, Robotium seems no way to do it. . Robotium seems to only be operated by pulling it up.
