Mobile Access Server slow! Great God seeking guidance.

phone visit server response is very slow

my server within the network, the network is configured to map a public network. server put a code background processing.
The problem is that the phone is open data connection to search.
send request-response is very slow, takes about 278 seconds before moving on to the page you want to display the query results, back I printed a little time to deal with, 40 pieces of data, the execution time time is: 187.0 (this is not representative of background processing fast?) then the result takes about 5 seconds to display on the page.
