Symbian file in the C language using Open, a memory leak

I opened the way in symbian using C language files:
FILE * fp = fopen (fileName, "rb +");
.........
.........
fclose (fp);

Compiler no problem, document literacy is not a problem, but when the program exits, the system prompts a memory leak, which is how so?
Reply:
After using C code needed CloseSTDLIB () to release memory leak may exist.
