I then downloaded the .NET Compact Framework 2.0 to the PDA, but can not be executed PDA msi file. what to do?

Not to transfer to VS 2003 to develop it? Really so annoying?

Create a project, you can choose Windows applications (1.0), so that is based on the .Net CF1.0 of, WM 2003 and WM5 only built in .Net CF 1.0

At compile time can be selected in the simulator, you can also choose to deploy the device. Link on the PDA and then choose to deploy on the line on the device.
