Delegate problem

There are sets of code is 4.2SDK developed before, and now want to re-compile the next version sdk3.1.2 low encounter the following problems:.
Cannot find protocol declaration for 'NSStreamDelegate'
Cannot find protocol declaration for 'NSXMLParserDelegate'

Is there any way around this?

On Cocoa Touch should be no problem because before this code ran on 3gs
