How will the program be uploaded to the appstore on?

As the title ~ ~ ~ I now want to publish the program to appstore, how can I do ~ ~ able to provide a detailed process it? For example, I want to go registration, upload, etc. ~ thanks ~ ~

The first step: to http://developer.apple.com/iphone/program/ pay 99USD, get a developer account. Build an application file.
Step Two: Create a development certificate, device certificate, upload the certificate.
The third step: adding a certificate in your program.
Step Four: Download upload tool, upload and wait for test approval.
