iphone developers have peripheral Bluetooth devices

Our company produced a Bluetooth connected devices, and now need to make iphone end, this equipment free of charge to our members to use, and requires a Bluetooth connection, then this APP how to audit?? Looking for a developer account and a device needs it .. to the United States to trial it???
