The latest version of nokiaSDK support all mobile phone?

            


I use the S60 Platform SDKs for Symbian OS, for C ++, 3rd edition, FP1, this is not to support all have a mobile phone? Or looking for specific phone specific version of SDK, not backward compatible? Thank you!
