? Getting Started - About OC

Today I see this in the book, we all think, oh

Examples of methods can always access its instance variables directly. However, class methods can not, because it deals only with any instance of the class itself, does not deal with the class.

5, instance methods and instance variables can only be referenced by the object, and class methods and class variables can be referenced by the class name or object.

I feel like a top company and employee relations, staff know what their stuff that they have, and the company on top really do not know what specific things the staff here is top class company, and the employees are examples of what employees are instance variables!
