How to install the jailbreak iphone4 vim?

How to install the jailbreak iphone4 vim? My role is not cydia developer seemingly set inside, so there is no vim's default. Will I need to use vim, how to do?

What Will We vim source is? Or can anyone tell me how to switch roles in cydia inside. Thank you ~ ~ ~ ~

ps: sqlite support installation on iphone yet? I can only ssh up, test out the data file, and then check the database, too much trouble. . . . .

Ssh can go directly to apt-get like, as to what version is estimated to be transplanted from a mac version of the past. GUI better habits in cydia set for developers. Location management -> Settings.
