Mac os x 10.6 lion can upgrade to it?

Learning iphone development. Want to buy a 2nd hand mac, mac found two hand support system is 10.6.4 ios sdk it? Can be upgraded to 10.7 yet?

mac10.6.4 certainly support ios sdk, 10.6.4 generally need to first upgrade to 10.6.6 or 10.6.8, then upgrade to 10.7.
