This installation method you can install Mac OS

My CPU is a Core 2 Duo T5800, supporting 64 operating system, but does not support virtualization technology. I have two questions:

1 If I install the 64-bit win7, then install a VMWare, and then installed inside a Mac OS, you can install it? With this installation virtualization technology matter?

2 If I installed a virtual box, you certainly can not install the Mac OS. Because my machine does not support virtualization. Right? This installation method with 64 - or 32-bit systems have a relationship?
