xcode, and how to automatically generate a variable?

Shift from android iphone, learned a few days, ObjC read, write iphone now small case.
In ecplise, press ctrl +2, L button, you can automatically generate a variable, personal feeling this feature very handy.
But in xcode, find information did not find.
Please help.
